Terms for using FanLedger.

Use FanLedger lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other users, the service, or third-party rights. Account features may require a valid sign-in and accurate account information.

FanLedger is an independent platform. It is not an official Bigg Boss voting service, broadcaster or production company. Show names, trademarks and third-party media remain the property of their respective owners.

You retain ownership of original content you submit. By publishing content on FanLedger, you give FanLedger permission to host, display, format, moderate and distribute that content as necessary to operate the service. You must have the right to submit what you publish.

FanLedger may label, hide or remove content, restrict features or accounts, and take other reasonable moderation action to protect users and the service. Moderation decisions may consider context, severity, repeat behaviour and legal obligations.

FanLedger polls and rankings are community sentiment features for entertainment. They are not official show voting and do not determine broadcast outcomes. Anonymous polls may limit repeat voting by using a first-party browser token. This reduces casual duplicate voting but does not guarantee one vote per physical person or device.

FanLedger may display advertising, including ads supplied through Google AdSense or other advertising partners. An advertisement does not mean FanLedger endorses the advertiser, product or service. Advertising does not purchase a particular editorial, poll or moderation outcome. If FanLedger publishes paid or sponsored editorial content in the future, it should be clearly labelled as sponsored or advertising.

FanLedger may link to news sources, YouTube creators, advertisers, social profiles and other external sites. Those services control their own content, availability, terms and privacy practices.

Features, availability and these terms may change as FanLedger evolves. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means the updated terms apply to future use.
