Original FanLedger design, branding and editorial material is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party names, logos, photographs, clips, videos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
User submissions
Users should only upload content they created or are authorised to use. FanLedger may remove material when there is a credible allegation of infringement.
Requesting removal
If you believe material on FanLedger infringes rights you own or are authorised to enforce, email us with your contact details; the work you claim is protected; the FanLedger URL; why you believe the use is unauthorised; and enough information for us to evaluate the request.
Mistaken removals
If your content was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was mistaken, contact us with the affected URL and an explanation. Formal legal notices or counter-notices may require additional information under the law that applies to the request.
