Eldho George reported out of Malayalam 8 in Week 5 as Gautam G Sasi stays

Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 8's fifth-week elimination has moved beyond the advance speculation that circulated before Sunday's episode. Reports published late on October 11 say Eldho George left the house, while Gautam G Sasi survived the final stage of the elimination process. The outcome is being reported by entertainment outlets; FanLedger has not independently checked the complete broadcast recording.

The distinction matters because earlier Sunday coverage had identified Eldho only as a possible eviction. A rumour about the result is not the same as an account of the elimination segment. Later reporting describes host Mohanlal narrowing the field of nominated contestants through a card-based announcement, with Eldho and Gautam remaining until the last decision. Gautam was then reported safe.

Eldho entered the main competition through Bigg Boss Agnipareeksha, the selection route for commoner participants. His journey had already included a significant early decision: giving up a leadership position to help reverse Gayathri Suresh's initial exit. That history helps explain why his departure matters to viewers following the season's changing power relationships, rather than merely adding another name to an eviction list.

The reported exit also follows a turbulent stretch of roster changes, including a mass eviction in the previous week and the arrival of wildcard contestants. Each departure can change voting alliances and the balance between established housemates and newer arrivals. It does not, however, establish who will be nominated next or which contestant is now most likely to win.

According to the late-night account, Mohanlal invited housemates to acknowledge positive qualities in Eldho before he left. This detail is part of the reported episode recap, not a claim about how every contestant privately felt. Fans seeking the definitive sequence should consult the full televised or streamed episode. FanLedger will distinguish subsequent official updates from advance reports.
