Lakshmi Gowda joins Bigg Boss Kannada 13 as a second Agnipareekshe wildcard

Bigg Boss Kannada Season 13 has gained another wildcard contestant through the Agnipareekshe selection route. Lakshmi Gowda, a 24-year-old IT professional originally from Mandya, has entered the house alongside Kumari. While Kumari's arrival was already reported, Lakshmi's inclusion is a separate confirmed addition to the cast.

Lakshmi currently lives in Bengaluru and has pursued short films and social-media content alongside her professional work. Reports about the selection process describe her taking part in tasks designed to assess prospective contestants' confidence and ability to respond under pressure. She had spoken of wanting a place in the Bigg Boss house before securing this opportunity.

The public-selection route is central to the story. Unlike an established television celebrity invited directly into the competition, Lakshmi had to emerge from the Agnipareekshe process. That background may shape how audiences assess her, but it does not guarantee an advantage in the actual game. Once inside, she faces the same practical challenges of sharing space, negotiating tasks and making independent decisions as the existing housemates.

Lakshmi has previously questioned aspects of fellow participant Dhanush Manjunath's selection. Those remarks are her reported opinion, not an independently established flaw in the selection process. It is also too early to say that the comments will produce a confrontation inside the house.

Her arrival follows a turbulent period for the season, including Manja's removal and Sangeetha Bhat's departure for health reasons. Those exits have already been covered separately and should not be presented as new developments here.

For now, the clear news is that Lakshmi and Kumari are both part of the house. Whether Lakshmi can translate her confident Agnipareekshe showing into effective gameplay will depend on the episodes ahead, not predictions made before she settles in.
