Monami questions teammates after Bangla 3 captaincy task; winner remains unconfirmed
Monami Ghosh says teammates did not protect her during the October 13 captaincy contest. Reports describe four remaining contenders, while claims of a tactical pact are unverified.

Bigg Boss Bangla Season 3's latest captaincy contest has raised a question that goes beyond who eventually takes charge of the house: how far can contestants trust the teammates assigned to protect them during a competitive task? Reports published on October 14 describe Monami Ghosh becoming upset after the October 13 challenge and accusing members of her own side of failing to support her.
The task required two groups to protect their own balls while trying to collect opponents' balls and place them in a designated bucket. The rules reported for the contest restricted tactics such as concealing balls inside clothing or disposing of them in water. That structure made teamwork important: protecting one player could also affect the chances of another. The result was not simply a test of individual speed or strength.
According to episode accounts, Monami was grouped with Nandini Dutta, Rajveer Dey and Sonamoni Saha. The opposing side included Srijla Guha, Durnibar Saha, Tanushree Roy Das and Niranjan Mondal. Following the round, Monami said she felt exposed rather than protected by members of her own team. Her criticism focused particularly on Nandini and Rajveer. Bharat Kaul tried to speak with her afterwards, but Monami also expressed disappointment that encouragement had not translated into practical help.
Those comments establish Monami's view of the contest, not proof that her teammates deliberately betrayed her. Separate reports discuss a possible understanding between Nandini and Niranjan that might have favoured Durnibar's captaincy chances. The existence, terms and effect of any such arrangement have not been independently established. It would therefore be premature to describe the allegation as a confirmed conspiracy or rule violation.
Coverage identifies Durnibar, Tanushree, Sonamoni and Rajveer as the four contenders left after the initial stage. It does not provide a sufficiently verified final winner for this report. Reaching the final stage is not the same as becoming captain, and viewers should not treat speculation about a preferred candidate as an official result.
The immediate consequence is a visible disagreement about loyalty and tactics. Monami's complaint may affect whom she chooses to trust in later team assignments, while the other contestants have their own opportunity to explain the decisions they made during the game. For now, the verified story is the reported dispute after the task—not a confirmed secret deal, disciplinary action or captaincy outcome.
