Jeetu–Jhilam stage dispute raises questions about improvisation on Bigg Boss Bangla 3
A disputed improvised action stopped a Dadar Darbar performance; accounts differ on the precise gesture, while both report Jhilam's objection.

A performance during Bigg Boss Bangla Season 3's Dadar Darbar turned into a disagreement between Jeetu Kamal and Jhilam Gupta in front of host Sourav Ganguly. Reporting on October 11 and 12 describes Jhilam stopping the act after an unexpected action by Jeetu, saying she felt humiliated.
TV9 Bangla's October 11 account says Jeetu threw a lollipop from his mouth toward Jhilam's face during an improvised scene. A separate Indian Express Bengali account describes the incident differently, referring to spitting. Because these descriptions are not identical, the precise physical action should not be treated as independently settled without reviewing the original footage. Both accounts agree that Jhilam objected, the performance stopped, and the contestants disagreed about what was acceptable on stage.
Jeetu defended improvisation as part of acting and argued that a performance should be completed before concerns are raised. Jhilam's objection focused on the unexpected nature of the act and the absence of prior agreement. Other contestants criticised the behaviour, while Sourav encouraged the group to complete the performance and emphasised discussing improvisations in advance.
The disagreement is about the limits of spontaneity in a collaborative performance, not a reported eviction or formal disciplinary ruling. A host's attempt to keep a show moving does not establish that everyone involved consented to a particular gesture. Nor does a contestant's distress, by itself, establish another person's intent. The episode leaves viewers with two distinct questions: what happened during the scene, and whether the performers had agreed beforehand on what could happen.
